Shipping policy
Everything is packed and posted by hand from Sydney.
What it costs
- Standard within Australia — $11, and free on orders over $80
- Express within Australia — $15
- Standard international — $20
All prices are in Australian dollars. Your rate is calculated at checkout.
When it leaves us
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. We're at The Rocks Market every Saturday and Sunday, so weekend orders go out on Monday.
How long it takes
Once posted, Australia Post's own estimates apply — usually 2–8 business days for standard within Australia and 1–3 for express. International times vary a good deal by destination. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and they start from dispatch, not from when you order.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
International orders
Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the customer's responsibility. They aren't included in the price or the shipping charge, and they're set by your country, not by us.
Addresses and undelivered parcels
Please check your address before you order — we post to the address given at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we'll happily re-post it once postage is covered again.
Lost or damaged on the way
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email catchcoeur@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it up with Australia Post.
